house for sale

About a month ago, I stumbled on this cute little house.
It didn't look like this when I first saw it- it was in need of a lot of TLC.

I think the previous owner must have been in the carpet business, because there were a variety of carpet samples glued and tacked on to it.
{sorry, I was too anxious to remove it to take before photos of that!}

And not just in the bedrooms.

The roof too.

As you can see, I have completely gutted the home, and given it a fresh paint job.

It is situated on a nice plot of ground, with friendly old garden gnomes for neighbors.
One of them is a little nosey, but they seem nice enough.

There's also a neighborhood guard dog, the size of Clifford. {the big red dog}

Her size scares off most intruders, but it's her big wet tongue that you really have to watch out for.

It's a large family size home, full of trendy colors on the interior.

It still has options for your own personal touches.

This home could also be used as a high rise.
Won't last long!

  1. Oh my gosh this brings back such memories, my grandpa had build something similar when we were kids to match our house. It made for a great barbie house. ~ Lisa
