Ashleigh side table and an announcement

As much as I enjoy decorating, I was itching to get back to a furniture project!!
Now that the laundry room is done, I jumped in to finishing this little side table that was waiting in the wings.

I named her Ashleigh.
So curvy.
So pretty.

This started out as a very 1970's yellow.

I painted the base in Annie Sloan's French Linen, and added some Old White to highlight a few details.

I just love all the fun curves and lines on this one.

Since my hydrangeas are all bursting with color, we went outside for the photo shoot between rain showers (welcome to Oregon in June...)

I found another similar table over the weekend that is perfectly chippy and worn.
More on that one later!

The Ashleigh side table is now in my space at Aunt Bee's House.
I had contemplated saving her for a new spot....

...and that's where the announcement comes in.
In just a few days, Pink Postcard vintage home furnishings will be moving into a second location!
{I know I'm probably jumping the gun a bit since I haven't started moving in yet, but I've known for a while and I am too excited not to share!}

July 1, I will be a vendor at Bella Hill.
Bella Hill is a new venture for a couple ladies that I am very familiar with.
Aunt B, or Belinda, as I know her :) and her business partner Larena, have a fairly new space at a location that is near and dear to my heart.

via
Mission Mill Heritage Center- it's where it all started for me back in November 2011!
My first "toe dip" back into a creative business.
Bella Hill is at the entrance to the main building, and I've talked about it several times around the holidays.  It's a wonderful historical site in Salem, and the vendors that are in Bella Hill are some of my favorites!

I am thrilled and honored to be a part of it, and can't wait to show you a virtual walk thru of Bella Hill and my new space once I am settled.

I hope you'll visit Bella Hill - it is a charming spot.
You can also like them on FB for updates on the shop.
:)

There's also Cafe Venae on site with fantastic food - Mandy has been a regular at Mission Mill shows, the Deepwood Vintage Market, and Farmhouse Show.
She's now in a permanent spot next to Bella Hill, and you can enjoy her delicious pastries and bistro food year round!

Thanks again for your support of my little business!
