pumpkin brulee

This is one of our favorite fall desserts!
So rich and creamy; with the crunchy burnt sugar topping.  It tastes like a pumpkin spice latte in custard form!

One helpful hint with the recipe: cook it longer than what the original recipe calls for (15 minutes)  it needs a bit longer for it to set up properly.
A fabulous fall treat, and you can adjust the recipe to fit your needs.
