Featured Blogger: Red Pearl Designs & a Giveaway!

I am so excited to introduce a fellow blogger and artist to you all-  Megan, from Red Pearl Designs

I met Megan a couple years ago, and found out she was a graphic designer.  I instantly wanted to get to know her, since she was another creative person!

Megan has an impressive portfolio- she is a gifted designer and recently won the award from Oregon Bride Magazine Best of 2010 as Best Invitations in the Valley.
Here are some recent samples of her work:

I had the privilege of working with Megan on my new logo.  I am absolutely in LOVE with the end result!!
When it was finished, I just couldn't stop smiling!

Here are the business cards she designed for me:
This is the front of my new cards.....

...and the back of my cards with all of my contact info!
The 'AIR MAIL' stamp, the postmarks....I'm just about giddy!

Here's my new Etsy banner that Megan helped me recreate.  If you had the misfortune of seeing the one that I put up just to get things going, you will understand why I am loving this one!!
This is a much better image to project to my customers!

When I met with Megan for my consultation, I was really impressed with how great she was at listening to the image I wanted to project, suggestions I had, and offering some brilliant ideas- like the postmark for the dot on the " i ", and other little touches to the postcard image.
So clever!
She was so easy and fun to work with; she went above and beyond my expectations- helping me with a new Etsy banner for my shop as well as the new banner you've been seeing for my blog!
I really like that she helped me see the value in branding my image- a cohesive thread; so that when people visit my blog, purchase one of my items, or see something with my logo, they know it all goes together.

Her expertise and help in getting my logo designed really has helped me feel like I can take the dreams in my head to the next level.  I feel so much more confident and excited to present
my little fledgling of a dream to the public.
You can check out more of Red Pearl Designs extensive work on her website and blog.
Thank you so much, Megan, for your consultation and beautiful work!
